  • Aigar Arandi

    Aigar is an experienced sales person, who has been dealing with different types of sales. In every aspect in this field, he has been collecting needed knowledge that helps him understand the needs and flaws of companies. 

    He started with saas, then moved to health care. After that Aigar understood that the only way forward is as a private entrepreneur. Selling real estate gave him a lot of experience in exceptional customer service, negotiation and investments.

    As he didn't like to stay in his comfort zone, Aigar then helped one startup sell their services. Further on he developed two new companies, one which dealt with construction and second was in the recruitment sector.

    After work you can find Aigar in the gym, lifting iron or spending time with his lovely family!

    Daniela spent 17 years in the development of different start-ups, focusing on asset management and real estate area.

    Thanks to her job she specialized, throughout the years, in negotiations between people, companies and entities, developing the ability of understanding the needs of costumers; she knows how to quickly identify the problematic aspects of negotiations and she can promptly offer useful solutions. She likes to create trustful relationships that persist over time and to launch new projects.

    She is a semi pro climber and she's passionate about traveling backpacking around the world.

  • Padro Machado

    Having worked in technology and finance in executive and analytical roles, he brings together a unique combination of successful operating and investing experience to provide a holistic view of early-stage businesses, helping founders scale, raise capital and analyze their business effectively.

    He was COO during the scale-up of TC, one of the youngest startups to reach IPO on the Brazilian stock exchange, implementing processes that allowed them to scale significantly, from 8 to 500 employees, under my leadership. Leading the IPO process with BTG Pactual.

    As a Venture Partner at Alpha4 Ventures, he led deal analysis for hundreds of opportunities the 2018 vintage LATAM Early-Stage VC Fund, which has already returned half of investor capital to date. Notable investments include Simetrik, Frete.com, WonderBrands and Vexi. At Smart City Capital.

    Prior to working with Venture Capital and startups, he managed more than $1BN in risk at Wells Fargo, for 7 years. His portfolio covered supply chain finance, concentrated in the networking and enterprise tech sector in LATAM and Europe.

    Foghor spent the decade launching and building businesses in the Southeast Asian startup space. He is an ex-founder of deeptech spin-off companies as a result of IP commercialisation with Universities and the research institute in Singapore. His focus is deeptech use case application to a variety of verticals. He has lived and worked in 11 countries including China and Russia. His passion for understanding new markets, industries and technologies knows no borders.

    Kevin is a licensed CPA and has held various finance and executive roles during his 25-plus year career. Kevin founded and lead his own consulting firm focusing on with all levels of the business cycle from start-up to exit, including capital structuring, strategic planning, outsourced C-suite roles, buy/sell process management, due diligence, post-merger / acquisition integration, and turnaround or change management, as well as tax planning and consulting.

    Prior to his consulting firm, Kevin served as a lead partner in multiple top CPA firms across the nation and has lead Investment Advisory teams spanning a myriad of industries. He has also lead turn-around initiatives resulting in increased profitability, efficiency, and successful exits. Kevin has been on the buy, sell and advisory-side of over $2b of transactions.

    When not working, Kevin is playing tennis, surfing or spending time with his family.

    Dr. Johana Carolina M. Vega Leonel, holding a PhD in NeuroEngineering and Tissue Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, specializes in neural network formation and revascularization. Currently, she enriches Stanford University as a Teaching College Fellow.

    She co-founded Astute Crew LLC, offering consultancy to startups in Medical Devices and Neuroscience/Neuroengineering, alongside providing technical due diligence for Venture Capital firms. Her distinguished career includes roles as an (National Science Foundation) NSF and NSF-IGERT (NSF-Integrative Graduate Education and Research Traineeship) fellow, leading independent interdisciplinary projects.
